- Is RU-21 available for wholesale
purchases?
Yes. RU-21 is available for direct purchase to both retailers and the wholesale distributors.
- What
is the minimum purchase to qualify for a wholesale price?
To purchase wholesale, you must include a copy of your State Resale
Certificate with your initial order. For retailers to qualify
for a Level I wholesale price, a minimum purchase of at least
4 cartons (12 units in each carton) is required. If you have a
qualifying business with State Reseller Permit please use the
Mail/Fax
order form to
place your order. For wholesale distributors to qualify for a
Level II wholesale price, a minimum order of 24 cases (144 units
per case) is required. Please contact our office and our sales
associates will assist you with your purchase order.
- Can I buy at wholesale price
if my business is located outside the United States?
Yes, the same purchase minimum requirements apply to qualify
for Level I and Level II wholesale price. Please note that we
will
not sell the product to the buyers from countries in which we
already have Exclusive Master Distributors. Currently, we have
Exclusive Master Distributors in South Korea, Vietnam
and United Kingdom.
- How many individual units
are in the carton; case?
Each carton contains twelve 20 tablet units. There are twelve
cartons in each case (total of 144 units).
- Do you allow sales outside
of retail establishments? For example a booth set up at a concert,
sporting event, or other mass gathering?
Yes. Subject to local laws and regulations.

- As a distributor, can I
expect some form of protection within my territory?
Yes. Authorized Distributorship Agreements for certain territories and/or accounts
may be granted.
- How do you define a territory
granted to a distributor?
The extent and boundaries of your territory will depend upon the extent of your
existing distribution channels and the dollar amount available for investment
into product purchases and advertising.
- What kind of marketing
assistance do you provide?
We provide POP materials, such as posters and brochures; PR campaign; TV and
radio spots. We DO NOT allow our distributors to create their own commercials
and/or other marketing materials without express approval of our management.
The scope of advertising campaign depends on the sales volume and potential.
If you have a good idea on how to promote RU-21, share it with us and we will
consider granting an additional advertising allowance off the invoice.
- What is your policy regarding
product liability
RU-21 is covered by a 2M aggregate/1M per occurrence product liability insurance.
Distributors may request a copy of the Certificate of Product Liability Insurance
listing them as a Certificate Holder.
